Therapy
Somatic therapy is a body-centered approach to mental health that focuses on the deep connection between the mind and the body. Unlike traditional talk therapy, which primarily addresses thoughts and emotions through conversation, somatic therapy emphasizes how the body carries and stores trauma, stress, and tension within its muscles and nervous system.
